What will you do?
- The Senior Specialist in this position will be required to own the design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support of complex features across Java/Spring backend services and React frontend applications.
- Also,



deliver new business capabilities while improving the maintainability, performance, and reliability of existing functionality.
- And design and implement scalable APIs, integrations, and service-oriented solutions.
- You will also be troubleshooting complex technical issues across application, infrastructure, integration, and database layers.
- Furthermore, contribute to the modernization of a large legacy Java monolith using incremental migration approaches and modernization patterns.
- Also, identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve architecture, code quality, and operational efficiency.
- And participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and implementation planning.
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices, coding standards, automated testing, and secure development practices.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
