About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead execution and delivery for our SaaS product engineering teams. This role is focused on project planning, sprint execution, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring timely, high-quality product releases.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams, dependencies, and project timelines in a rapid-paced SaaS environment. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
- Own end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
- Create and manage project timelines, sprint plans, release schedules, and delivery milestones
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/blockers,



and drive resolution proactively
- Maintain clear visibility on project status, dependencies, and deliverables

Agile & Sprint Management
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog discussions
- Coordinate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams for sprint execution
- Track team velocity, delivery performance, and sprint health
- Ensure proper task prioritization and workload management across teams
- Improve delivery processes and execution efficiency continuously

Technical Coordination
- Work closely with Engineering Leads and Developers to understand technical dependencies and implementation challenges
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and release planning
- Understand APIs, databases, integrations, and system workflows to manage technical execution effectively
- Ensure technical feasibility and alignment during project exec
