Role Overview

Hummingflow.Digital is looking for a proactive and process-oriented Outbound Sales Development Representative to execute targeted prospecting campaigns through email and LinkedIn.

The company will provide the necessary outreach infrastructure, including Apollo, LinkedIn, prospect lists, messaging templates, email accounts and campaign guidelines. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing campaigns, personalising communication, managing follow-ups, qualifying responses and booking meetings with suitable prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential prospects based on the company’s target industries, locations and customer profiles.
- Build, verify, segment and maintain prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn and other approved tools.
- Execute cold-email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns using company-provided messaging frameworks.




- Personalise emails and LinkedIn messages based on the prospect’s company, role, industry and business requirements.
- Send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages professionally.
- Monitor campaign responses and respond to interested prospects promptly.
- Conduct structured follow-ups with prospects who do not respond initially.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, authority, interest, budget and readiness for a discussion.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the founder or sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, follow-ups and booked meetings.
- Update lead stages and prospect information in Apollo, CRM or designated tracking sheets.
- Identify invalid contact information, duplicate records, unsubscribes and unsuitable prospects.
- Ensure all outreach follows the company’s communication standards and applicable anti-spam and privacy requirements.
