Job Description:

1. Route Coverage:

To visit 480 outlets as per predefined routes minimum twice a month

To develop strong business relationships with trade in all channels in the territory

2. Visibility & Merchandising:

To ensure the visibility and presentation of IPM products in retail outlets on route

To ensure use of POSM (PPOSM/ TPOSM) materials efficiently according to PMI guidelines

and standards, meeting all legal & compliance requirements

To ensure timely and effective implementation of the Cycle Plan

3. Paid Display Processes:

To maintain allocated / existing number of paid display outlets

To manage retail contract and payment process as per IPM guidelines

To audit contracted outlets and certify compliance

To ensure timely disbursement of vouchers and cheques

To ensure timely and accurate submission of display related documentation such Contracts,

Retailer ISMS forms, voucher counterfoils etc

4. Sales Information Reporting:

To accurately complete and punctually submit Daily Sales Report and all other sales and market

related information and reports.





To Capture & provide relevant & accurate market data & information, including retail dynamics &

competitor intelligence in Weekly Highlight report

5. Trade Marketing Coordination:

To support Trade Marketing team in ensuring optimum usage of the merchandising fixtures and

to ensure that complaints regarding the Merchandising Maintenance are timely communicated

and rectified.

6. GPI Coordination:

To Develop and manage relationships with GPI personnel, and leverage these relationships to

achieve smooth execution of agreed sales plans and objectives

To function as a grassroots interface with GPI and improve parameters related to sales including

coverage, availability, variant range, LOGD, display payments

To check stock and TPOSM levels at WDs

To guide and encourage GPI WD staff on effective use of IPM TPOSM in market.

To help audit and verify trade scheme related claims
