Role Description
This is a full-time,



on-site Help Desk Specialist role based in the Greater Bhopal Area. The Help Desk Specialist will provide first-line technical support for desktop computers, software applications, and network-related issues, responding to support tickets, calls, and emails from internal users and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems, guiding users through solutions, documenting incidents and resolutions, and escalating complex issues to higher-level technical teams when needed. The role involves maintaining accurate records of assets and configurations, assisting with system setups, updates, and basic installations, and contributing to knowledge base articles and user guides. The Help Desk Specialist will collaborate closely with development, operations, and IT teams to ensure timely, professional, and customer-focused support.
