Roles and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure effective communication among team members.
- Collaborate with product owners to define project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business value.
- Coach teams on agile principles and best practices to improve process efficiency and quality.
- Analyze project progress using JIRA reports to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of Java programming language and its applications in software development projects.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to facilitate sprint planning sessions effectively.
