About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, SQL, and data visualization to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and optimize data models, datasets, and DAX calculations.
- Create interactive reports and KPI dashboards for business users.
- Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Monitor and improve report performance and data accuracy.
- Implement data security and governance standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data-related issues.
- Provide training and support to end users.





Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Power BI development.
- Strong experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric is desirable.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytics tools.
- Microsoft Power BI Certification is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹234,114.07 - ₹1,329,285.47 per year
