Job Description – Online Bidder / Business Development Executive (IT)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Online Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of online bidding platforms, especially Upwork and Guru, and experience in generating business opportunities for IT services.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant IT projects through platforms such as Upwork, Guru, and other freelancing portals.
- Understand client requirements and prepare effective proposals, bids, and responses.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Communicate professionally with international clients, primarily from the US market.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope, timelines, and requirements.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain records of bids, client communication, and project opportunities.

Requirements
- Prior experience as an Online Bidder, Business Development Executive,



or similar role in the IT sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Upwork and Guru is mandatory.
- Positive understanding of IT services, software development, web development, mobile applications, or related services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand client requirements and create compelling proposals.
- Comfortable working in the US Shift.
