We are looking for an experienced Budget & Planning Engineer with strong expertise in tendering, estimation, BOQ, budgeting, project planning, cost control, and project monitoring for civil construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong experience in tender preparation, tender evaluation, and tender documentation.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, estimation, and rate analysis.
- Experience in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.
- Robust knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Experience in cost control and budget variance analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and construction-related software.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD for reading drawings and quantity take-off.
- Good analytical, negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tenders, BOQs, estimates, and rate analysis.
- Study tender documents,



drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.
- Assist in tender pricing, comparison, and submission.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against planned targets.
- Track actual project costs against approved budgets.
- Identify cost variations and potential cost overruns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost and progress reports.
- Coordinate with site, procurement, accounts, and project teams.
- Monitor material, manpower, machinery, and other project costs.
- Assist in forecasting project costs and maintaining cost control.
- Maintain proper records of tender, estimation, budget, and project planning documents.
- Provide management with accurate cost and planning information for decision-making.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
