Job Summary

Sree Balajee Nirman & Estates is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of residential and commercial real estate projects.

The candidate will be responsible for generating and managing leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting site visits, following up with prospects and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, references, networking and other sales channels.
- Handle incoming enquiries and understand customers' property requirements.
- Explain project details, specifications, amenities, pricing and payment plans to prospective buyers.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, accounts and project teams during the sales process.
- Assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.
- Keep track of competitor projects, market trends and property prices.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional activities and customer events when required.
- Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, banking, insurance or direct sales preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building ability.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Good knowledge of Visakhapat
