Job Title : Bakery & Pastry Chef

Experience 8-10 Years

Job Location : Udaipur

Role & Responsibilites :
- Prepare a wide range of bakery and pastry products including breads, cakes, pastries, desserts and chocolates.
- Handle baking, decoration, plating and presentation of products.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality and presentation as per standards.
- Manage daily production and maintain proper hygiene and food safety.
- Maintain stock of ingredients and coordinate with the kitchen team.
- Train and guide junior bakery/pastry staff when required.

Qualification & Skills:
- Solid knowledge of bakery and pastry techniques.
- Good skills in cake decoration, breads, desserts and chocolate work.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage production efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:
