Role & responsibilities

1. Candidate will be responsible for preparing and monitoring weekly and monthly production plans for export batches and its timely execution with dealing

2. Candidate will be responsible for material planning through MRP and ERP systems to ensure timely procurement of APIs, excipients, and other materials as per lead times and production schedules.

3. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimum levels of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) while minimizing inventory blockage and preventing stock-outs.

4. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Production, QA, QC, R&D;, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely batch release.

5. Candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS and management reports covering production variance, inventory aging, and plan-vs-actual performance.

6. Candidate will be responsible for managing S&OP; activities, including demand forecasting, inventory planning, and production planning.

7. Candidate will be responsible for using MS Excel, Advanced Excel,



ERP systems, and MRP processes for effective planning and data analysis.

8. Candidate will be responsible for utilizing various AI tools to improve planning, analytics, reporting, and overall operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

9. Candidate should be M.Pharm / B.Pharm MBA/PGDM in Pharmaceuticals and with 1215 Years’ experience in Sales And Operations Planning, Inventory planning, Demand forecasting.

10. Candidate should have a strong expertise in S&OP;, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Planning, Material Planning, MRP, and Production Planning.

11. Candidate should have a strong knowledge of Pharma OSD, Injectables, and Supplements.

12. Candidate should have a strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

13. Candidate should have a strong ability to work closely with R&D;, QA, Production, and Supply Chain functions.
