Job Title: HR Executive / Human Resources Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, support employees, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee-related documentation.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR concerns.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.




- Support training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports.
- Conduct exit formalities and maintain employee separation records.
- Coordinate with various departments to address workforce and employee-related requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience; freshers may be considered depending on the role.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of HRMS/HR software is an advantage.
