Role Description
The Vice President Transitions Revenue Cycle Management is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Pune City. This position oversees end-to-end transition and implementation of revenue cycle management processes for current and existing clients, ensuring smooth migration, operational readiness, and performance stability. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing transition strategies,



leading cross-functional project teams, defining timelines and milestones, and managing risk, quality, and stakeholder expectations. The role requires close collaboration with operations, technology, finance, and client leadership to design scalable workflows, monitor KPIs, and continuously improve transition methodologies. The Vice President will also mentor transition managers, establish best practices, and support business development efforts by contributing to solution design and client presentations.
