Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager with strong experience working within Global Banking GCC.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing large-scale IT Infrastructure transformation and delivery projects in a global investment banking environment, working closely with Infrastructure, Engineering, Technology, Operations, Security, Business and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT Infrastructure projects within a global Investment Banking environment.
- Manage projects from initiation, planning and execution through implementation, transition and closure.
- Deliver IT infrastructure projects across global geographies
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans and budgets.
- Coordinate with global Infrastructure Engineering, Network, Cloud, Security, Architecture, Application and Operations teams.




- Manage dependencies across multiple technology teams and global locations.
- Track project financials, resource utilization, milestones and delivery metrics.
- Lead project governance meetings and steering committee meetings.
- Manage internal stakeholders including Technology Heads, Infrastructure Leads, Business Sponsors, Architects and Operations teams.
- Manage external vendors, system integrators and technology partners.
- Ensure infrastructure changes are planned and implemented in accordance with the bank's Change Management and Production Management processes.
- Ensure projects comply with Investment Banking risk, security, audit, regulatory and governance requirements.

Mandatory Requirements
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- Solid experience in delivering Enterprise IT Infrastructure projects
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure transformation / migration proje
