Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled System Administrator to manage and support the IT infrastructure of our NBFC headquartered in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, networks, ERP and other business applications, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows-based systems, hardware, and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for ERP, NBFC software, and other business applications.
- Manage Microsoft 365 administration, user accounts, and cloud-based applications.
- Monitor and maintain network devices, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, endpoint protection,



and data security practices.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and ensure regular backup of recordings.
- Perform system backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery support.
- Coordinate with software and hardware vendors for issue resolution, maintenance, and ERP/business application-related support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.
- Provide in office and remote IT support as required.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer.
- Experience in the NBFC/BFSI sector will be an added advantage.
