- Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the resort.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, security, and other departments.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, training, and discipline.
- Handle guest complaints, special requests, and service-related issues professionally.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth and productive resort operations.
- Monitor resort expenses, budgets, inventory, purchases, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure proper maintenance of rooms, buildings, equipment, gardens, and other resort facilities.




- Monitor housekeeping and hygiene standards across guest rooms and common areas.
- Support marketing and sales activities to increase bookings, occupancy, and revenue.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable legal requirements.
- Maintain good relationships with guests and handle VIP/special guest requirements.
- Take quick decisions during operational issues and emergencies.
- Work towards improving guest experience, staff productivity, and overall resort profitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
