Job Description
We are looking for a
Backend Developer with 4 years of experience
and solid hands-on expertise in
Node.js
to join our development team. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
- Build robust RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design database schemas and implement efficient database queries.
- Work with PostgreSQL / MySQL databases.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and API security.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Handle validation, error handling, logging, and performance optimization.
- Develop background jobs, scheduled tasks, and asynchronous processes.
- Debug and resolve development and production issues.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Work closely with frontend developers, QA, UI/UX, and product teams.




- Support backend deployments and production releases.

Required Skills
- 4 years of professional backend development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Strong experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST API development.
- Good experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database design.
- Experience with JWT, authentication, and authorization.
- Good understanding of Node.js asynchronous programming, Promises, and Event Loop.
- Experience with Git and Git-based workflows.
- Good understanding of HTTP, JSON, webhooks, and third-party API integrations.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- RabbitMQ / Kafka or other message queues.
- Docker.
- AWS / Azure / GCP.
- CI/CD pipelines.
- Microservices architecture.
