Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage attendance, leave records, and maintain accurate employee data.
- Coordinate joining formalities for new employees, including onboarding processes.
- Prepare salaries accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with ESIC and EPF regulations.
- Perform generalistic HR tasks like handling grievances, resolving conflicts, and providing support to employees.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or related field (freshers can apply).
- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory
- Solid understanding of HR Generalist Activities including payroll processing, salary preparation, and statutory compliances like ESIC & EPF.
- Male candidates preferred.
