Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare preliminary and detailed designs for current building projects, including hull form design, structural design, and stability analysis.
- Review naval architectural calculations and drawings prepared by others to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Develop design concepts, specifications, and details for ship construction; prepare material estimates and cost budgets.
- Advises on the structural and naval architect design concepts, calculations and applications during all stages of the construction cycle of marine vessel / platforms etc.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables while maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provides technical and critical business inputs to the design engineering process in the phases such as problem definition, conceptual design, preliminary design, detailed design, and design communication
