Role & responsibilities
- Provide L1 technical support for Broadband, FTTH and ILL connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve internet, router, Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, ONTs, switches and Wi-Fi devices.
- Monitor network performance using NMS and monitoring tools.
- Perform basic diagnostics using Ping, Traceroute, DNS, DHCP and IP configuration.
- Create, update and close support tickets within defined SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with NOC and field engineers for installation, maintenance and fault resolution.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers/NOC teams.
- Keep customers informed about issue status and resolution timelines.
- Maintain network documentation, equipment and inventory records.

Preferred candidate profile
- 2-7 years of experience in ISP, NOC, Network Support or Technical Support.




- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4, Subnetting, DHCP, DNS, NAT and VLANs.
- Hands-on exposure to routers, switches, ONTs and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Experience/knowledge of Broadband, FTTH and ILL connectivity.
- Familiarity with Cisco, MikroTik, Huawei or Ubiquiti is an added advantage.
- Robust network troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and SLA-driven environments.
- Eager to learn and build a career in ISP, Networking and Telecom.
