Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
with robust expertise in designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The candidate will be responsible for advanced CRM configurations, custom development, workflow automation, integrations, solution design, testing, and resolution of complex CRM defects.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop
Dynamics 365 CRM customizations, workflows, plugins, integrations, and advanced configuration components
.
- Configure and customize
Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, and Dataverse
.
- Develop
C# plugins, custom connectors, workflows, and other CRM extensions
using Visual Studio.
- Design and implement automation using
Power Automate and Power Apps
.
- Work with
Copilot Studio/Copilot
capabilities and integrate AI-driven functionality into CRM solutions.
- Support
CRM integration




with internal and external applications using APIs, connectors, and Azure services.
- Participate in
solution design and architecture discussions
.
- Ensure proper
data model alignment
, data relationships, security, and business-process configuration.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Analyze and resolve complex
Dynamics 365 CRM production issues and technical defects
.
- Manage CRM solutions, deployments, and source control through
Azure DevOps
.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, architects, and other technical teams.
- Provide technical guidance and
mentor junior/mid-level CRM developers
.
- Ensure development follows Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices.
