Role Description:
- The Architectural Drafter will prepare detailed architectural and interior design working drawings (Furniture Layout, Plumbing Layout, Electrical Layout, False Ceiling Layout, Wall Elevation Layout and AC Points ), ensuring accuracy and adherence to design intent, and project standards.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include translating conceptual designs into technical drawings, coordinating with architects and team, updating plans based on design revisions, and organizing drawing sets for approvals and execution.
- The role involves working closely with project teams, maintaining drawing documentation, and supporting design development through clear, precise drafting and layout work.

Qualifications




- Strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Interior Working Drawings (Furniture Layout, Plumbing Layout, Electrical Layout, False Ceiling Layout, Wall Elevation Layout and AC Points ), with the ability to produce clear, detailed, and accurate documentation.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles, including spatial organization, building systems, and compliance with standards.
- Proficiency in technical Drawing, including the use of AutoCAD and familiarity with digital drafting workflows.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with architects, and project stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects in a studio workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
