Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, and quality teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor production schedules and delivery commitments.
- Track order status from raw material procurement to final dispatch.
- Prepare production reports, order tracking sheets, and coordination documents.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding customer requirements and production priorities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate sample development and production approvals when required.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate or diploma holder.
- Experience in merchandising, production coordination, textile, garment, gloves, or PPE manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of production planning and order management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
- Preference will be given for Industrial workwear production experience holder.
