Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior CAD Engineer with hands-on experience in PTC Creo to join our engineering team in Pune. The role combines project execution (CAD modeling, design support, and engineering documentation) with support to the Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams, offering exposure to both technical delivery and customer-facing engineering activities. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone early in their CAD career to build deep product and domain expertise while working closely with senior engineers, sales, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Project / Design Engineering

• Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using PTC Creo Parametric





• Support ongoing client/internal design projects — part modeling, assemblies, drafting, and BOM generation

• Ensure designs comply with GD&T; standards, engineering drawing practices, and client-specific templates

• Coordinate with senior CAD engineers/project leads on design reviews, revisions, and change requests

• Maintain proper documentation, version control, and file management for project deliverables

Pre-Sales Support

• Assist the pre-sales team in preparing product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and sample models using Creo

• Support in creating technical presentations, capability decks, and solution walkthroughs for prospective clients

• Help evaluate customer requirements and translate them into demo scenarios showcasing Creo capabilities

Post-Sales Support

• Assist in customer onboarding, training support, and troubleshooting for clients using PTC Creo

• Support the post-sales/technical team in resolv
