We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our programs and day-to-day operations. This position requires someone with excellent Communication skills, organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for social impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Excellent command over English and Hindi (written and spoken)
- Ability to attend calls confidently and communicate clearly
- Comfortable with phone-based coordination
- Ability to participate in virtual meetings effectively
- Robust interpersonal and coordination skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word and email tools
- Own laptop is mandatory
- Willingness to travel as and when required
- Coordinate and oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Organize and manage events, workshops, and campaigns, handling logistics, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed reports on project progress, operational activities,



and performance metrics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering communication and collaboration with team members, partners, and volunteers.
- Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and ensure effective resource utilization.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing volunteers to support various programs and initiatives.
- Monitor adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks during all operational activities.
- Resolve operational challenges promptly to ensure smooth execution of projects and day-to-day tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
