An Embroidery Department Incharge cum Punching Operator manages floor production, team output, and machine operations while designing and converting artwork into digital stitch files using digitizing software like Wilcom, Corel Draw. This dual role blends technical design proficiency with team leadership and quality control.

Punching & Design (Digitizing)
- Convert client artwork and logos into machine-ready embroidery formats.
- Use software like Wilcom or Corel Draw to set stitch density, paths, and colors.
- Create trial samples and fine-tune designs to minimize thread breakage and production errors.

Department Management & Operations
- Supervise embroidery machine operators, helpers, and quality checkers on the floor.
- Plan and assign daily production targets to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Monitor machine performance, schedule routine maintenance, and fix minor technical faults.
- Maintain raw material stock like threads, backings, and needles.





Quality Control
- Inspect first-run samples and bulk outputs against approved tech packs.
- Ensure accurate color matching, precise placement, and clean finishing on all garments.
- Reduce defect rates and waste on the production line.

Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 3 to 7 years in computerized embroidery operations and design punching.
- Education : Any Graduations
- Software Knowledge: Expert level in Wilcom, Corel Draw.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of multi-head computerized embroidery machines.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, and time-management under high-pressure manufacturing environments.

Salary : 40000/- to 50000/- per month.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
