IN INDIA ENERGY (Nayara Energy) is looking for an experienced and responsible Petrol Pump Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our petrol pump.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Petrol Pump Manager/Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Robust knowledge of petrol pump operations and daily activities.
- Good understanding of petrol/diesel sales, stock management, tank stock reconciliation and dispensing operations.
- Knowledge of cash handling, daily sales reports, billing and accounting-related work.
- Experience in managing pump staff, shifts, attendance and daily responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Nayara Energy procedures, safety standards and compliance will be preferred.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
- Should be capable of maintaining proper records, reports and documentation.
- Should have good knowledge of fuel quality, safety procedures, equipment and basic maintenance coordination.
- Should be responsible,



trustworthy and capable of independently managing the pump operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the petrol pump.
- Monitor fuel sales, stock and inventory.
- Supervise and manage all pump staff.
- Maintain daily cash, sales and stock records.
- Ensure proper customer service and smooth pump operations.
- Coordinate with the company/fitter/maintenance team for any operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain daily/monthly reports.
- Ensure the petrol pump is operating efficiently and without unnecessary losses.
