About the Role:
- Assist in monitoring daily civil construction activities and site progress.
- Support site engineers in supervising work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Assist in quantity measurements and preparation of work progress reports.
- Participate in quality inspections and maintain QA/QC documentation.
- Support implementation and monitoring of site safety requirements.
- Review drawings and report discrepancies to the project team.
- Maintain project documentation, including site reports, inspection records, and material logs.
- Assist in tracking material deliveries, equipment, and manpower.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.




- Attend site meetings and record minutes of meetings (MoM).
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders under supervision.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking activities.
- Ensure proper filing and document control of project records.
- Perform other project-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
