Role & responsibilities
- Manage the administration, procurement and support team and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Consolidate purchase requirements from the plant, office and management and prioritize them.
- Handle end-to-end procurement including vendor identification, quotations, comparisons, negotiations, Purchase Orders, delivery and closure.
- Procure machinery, equipment, electrical items, engineering materials, office requirements and services.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties and commercial terms with vendors.
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor network.
- Coordinate machinery delivery, installation, commissioning, servicing and after-sales support.
- Manage facility requirements including maintenance, electrical work, furniture, fixtures and other infrastructure needs.
- Coordinate domestic/international trade fair requirements including stall setup, fabricators, branding, furniture and logistics.
- Coordinate export logistics, transportation and dispatch-related requirements.




- Handle property-related requirements including shed/premises rental and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, follow-ups and closure of pending activities.

Requirements
- 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Purchase, Administration, Commercial Operations or Project Coordination in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
- Strong experience in industrial procurement, machinery/equipment purchases and vendor negotiations.
- Good knowledge of quotations, comparative statements, Purchase Orders and commercial documentation.
- Strong planning, coordination, follow-up and execution skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets and basic business software.
- Candidates from Engineering Projects, EPC, Infrastructure, PEB, Industrial Manufacturing or Commercial Procurement backgrounds are preferred.
- Candidate should be based in Jaipur.
