Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized MIS Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, compiling, standardizing, and presenting critical operational data across sales, supply chain, production, and distribution.

In this role, you will bridge functional teams and management by organizing raw data into structured, routine reports that drive operational efficiency and executive decision-making.





Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection & Reporting
- Compile and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (Sales performance, production output, inventory levels, order pipelines, and dispatch metrics).
- Track regional sales targets, executive achievements, and customer order fulfillment metrics across manufacturing units and branches.
- Design and standardise reporting templates to streamline executive reviews.
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting summaries as requested by department heads and senior management.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounts, and Manufacturing units to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
- Verify data authenticity by auditing source systems (ERP/SAP) and cross-checking functional inputs.
- Assist managers in track-and-trace operations for nationwide distribution.

Database Integrity & Support
- Ensure high accuracy, consistency
