Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships in the industrial valves and fittings sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities across industrial markets.
- Promote and sell industrial valves, fittings, and related flow-control products.
- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable product solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Conduct market research and track competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
- Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, and customer enquiries.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, logistics,



and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Regularly report sales activities, forecasts, and business development progress to management.

Requirements
- Experience: 5–8 years in sales/business development.
- Experience in industrial valves, fittings, piping, flow-control products, or related engineering products preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial customers and B2B sales.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
- Strong commercial and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹58,392.84 per month
