Experience: 3-6 Years

We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM Developer with strong Java expertise to design, develop, test, and implement software solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and debug IBM BPM applications.
- Design and implement workflow and business process solutions using IBM BPM.
- Develop Java-based components and integrate BPM solutions with enterprise applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and execute unit and integration testing.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Prepare technical and procedural documentation.
- Participate in release management and application deployment activities.




- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills
- 3-6 years of experience in IBM BPM development.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM BPM / BAW.
- Good expertise in Java, J2EE, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL.
- Knowledge of BPM workflows, process applications, integrations, and business rules.
- Good understanding of application development, problem solving, and process improvement.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
