ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order Management: Monitor incoming marketplace orders and oversee the complete fulfillment cycle.
- Logistics Coordination: Partner with courier services to ensure timely shipping and handle delivery exceptions.
- Vendor Operations: Manage seller onboarding, monitor vendor compliance, and resolve order dispatch delays.
- Inventory Control: Track stock levels across warehouses to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Returns & RTO: Oversee the Return-to-Origin (RTO) process and manage quality checks for returned goods.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in daily workflows and implement scalable tech-driven solutions.

Qualifications & SkillsExperience:
- 1- 4 years in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and e-commerce dashboard management.
- Problem Solving: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace and make quick, data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Strong negotiation and coordination skills to manage external vendors and logistics partners.
