Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai

Experience Required: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, interior design, furniture, modular furniture, luxury retail, architect coordination, or interior products.

Qualification: Graduate in any field. Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, Project Management, or a related field will be preferred.

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary: 45,000/- to 50,000/-

About the Company: It is a premium furniture sourcing and curation service company working closely with architects, interior designers, and clients for luxury residential, villa, and hospitality projects. We curate furniture options from global manufacturers and manage the complete process from project brief, selection, sourcing, logistics, delivery, and installation.

Role Summary: We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage the coordination between architects, clients, internal teams, vendors, and the procurement team. The role will involve understanding project briefs,



preparing curated furniture options, coordinating selections, arranging showroom visits, checking product fitment, preparing final specification sheets, and ensuring smooth execution from selection to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze architectural and interior drawings to interpret design intent, client requirements, and luxury market trends.
- Curate premium décor, material, and accessory selections aligned with project
- concepts and budgets.
- Prepare detailed client proposals, quotations, and specification presentations.
- Coordinate with international luxury brands for pricing, procurement, and order execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and timeline management.
