Job Summary
The employee will be responsible to handle legal activities of collection department, handling Guaranteed Loan recoveries and maintain mIS for Legal actions

Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- To align with Legal strategies for WRB collection

Business
- Understanding the requirements to support Collection function through Legal ways

Processes
- Responsible for Legal and Foreclosure process of WRB collection.(First Line)

Risk Management
- Ability to the Legal and Compliance risk relating to collection activities

- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Education
- LL.B. / Bachelor Degree of any Stream Having Documentation Knowledge

- Knowledge of Legal Documents , Proficiencies In Microsoft Office and Internet
