Role Description
The Relationship Manager role at Grahm is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the individual will manage and nurture relationships with prospective and existing homebuyers, guiding them through the complete home-buying journey. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting suitable property options,



coordinating site visits, and providing clear and timely updates throughout the decision-making process. The Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth, transparent, and supportive experience from initial inquiry to post-sale engagement. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, resolving issues promptly, and actively contributing to Grahm Community initiatives to strengthen long-term customer loyalty.

Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client connections.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including clear verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
