About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the bench sales team, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and driving the placement of IT consultants on bench. Your expertise in US IT staffing, vendor management,



and client relationship building will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and ensuring the successful placement of consultants. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various staffing models, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams in the IT staffing industry.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales or Recruitment, with demonstrated leadership capabilities. A solid understanding of the US IT staffing market, including W2, C2C, and 1099 models, is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with experience working with VMS/MSP platforms and vendor portals. Technical knowledge of IT skill sets such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, and QA is preferred. Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is required.
