Job Description

Position Overview





We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedQuantity Surveyorwith 810 years of professional experience in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in cost estimation, quantity verification, and contract management for airside and landsideworks.

This role requiresexpertisein preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost monitoring, and contractor evaluations, ensuring compliance with airport authoritystandardsand delivering cost-effective solutions for phased airport development projects.

Roles Responsibilities
- Prepare and verifyBills of Quantities (BOQs)for airside and landside works, including runways, taxiways, aprons, utilities, buildings, and supporting infrastructure.
- Develop and review BOQs, cost estimates, rate analyses, and tender documentation aligned with airport authority standards.
- Evaluate contractor bids, conduct cost comparisons, and support negotiation processes.
- Prepare contract award recommendations based
