ETL Developer with strong SQL & Python (US HealthCare domain)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ETL Developer with solid SQL expertise and hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Talend or Informatica. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, take full ownership of assigned tasks, and have a solid understanding of data processing workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Work with large datasets and ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Write optimized and complex SQL queries for data manipulation and performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain scripts using Python for data processing and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Ensure documentation, version control, and adherence to best practices.




- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and deliver within timelines.

Required Skills & Experience
- Robust understanding of ETL concepts and processes.
- 2-3 years of experience with ETL tools such as Talend or Informatica.
- 56 years of hands-on experience in SQL, including writing complex queries and performance optimization.
- 23 years of experience in Python for data processing or automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of work.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large-scale data systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Exposure to data warehousing concepts.
