Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive (CRE) who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, assisting customers throughout their journey, addressing queries, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work towards customer engagement and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about the company’s products and services.
- Guide customers based on their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Address customer queries, concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, continued engagement, and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for customer retention, upselling,



and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and customer details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow up with leads and customers and support the conversion process.
- Meet assigned daily/weekly call, engagement, and conversion targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relations Executive (CRE), Customer Success, Customer Relationship Management, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Call Center roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong customer handling, convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
