Key Result Areas:
- User Support: Resolve daily desktop, hardware, and software issues for employees.
- Ticket Management: Track, log, and close help desk tickets within defined timelines.
- System Maintenance: Install, format, and update operating systems, printers, and basic applications.
- Asset Tracking: Maintain the inventory of laptops, keyboards, mice, and software licenses.
- Local Networking:



Manage basic LAN connections, Wi-Fi access, and printer configurations.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: B.Tech or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in hardware and networking systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a highly presentable professional appearance.
