KM&N; Media LLP is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer who can create solid, visually compelling designs for brands and marketing campaigns.

This role is not limited to simply following instructions or making basic social media posts. We are looking for someone who understands design principles, branding, visual communication, and marketing requirements, and can independently translate ideas and briefs into effective creative concepts.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality designs for multiple brands and clients.
- Design creatives for social media, digital advertisements, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and other brand collaterals.
- Develop engaging social media posts, carousels, ad creatives, banners, brochures, pitch decks, and promotional materials.
- Understand client briefs, brand identity, target audience, and campaign objectives before creating designs.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colours, layouts, imagery, and overall brand identity.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, performance, client success,



and other teams to create effective campaign creatives.
- Take ownership of assigned design projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining the quality of work.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative inputs instead of relying only on references or templates.
- Stay updated with current design trends, branding trends, advertising creatives, and digital content formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency, marketing, or creative environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a good understanding of design, branding, and creative thinking.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good understanding of:
- Typography
- Colour theory
- Layout and composition
- Branding and visual identity
- Visual hierarc
