Roles and Responsibilities :
- Process patient payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely posting to accounts receivable.
- Review and verify charges posted by providers, identifying discrepancies or errors for correction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and optimize revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including payment history and denials.
Job Requirements :
- 2-15 years of experience in medical billing, charge posting, or related field.
- Solid understanding of US healthcare regulations and insurance policies.
- Proficiency in RCM software applications such as ECW Systems or similar systems.
