About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative **Content Strategist** to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have **a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working specifically with digital marketing / advertising agencies** and a strong understanding of how agency environments operate.

This role requires someone who can think strategically, communicate confidently with clients and internal teams, understand different industries, and develop content strategies that deliver measurable brand and business results.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute effective content strategies for multiple clients across different industries.

* Understand client objectives, target audiences, brand positioning, and marketing goals.

* Create and manage monthly content calendars for social media and digital platforms.

* Develop creative content ideas for **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reels,



Carousels, Stories, Campaigns, Blogs, and other digital channels**.

* Write strong **hooks, captions, headlines, CTAs, scripts, and campaign concepts**.

* Conduct competitor, industry, audience, and trend research to identify new content opportunities.

* Work closely with **clients, designers, video editors, social media managers, and performance marketing teams**.

* Participate in client discussions and clearly communicate content strategies, concepts, recommendations, and campaign ideas.

* Convert client requirements and business objectives into clear and creative content directions.

* Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, tone, and visual communication.
