Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for pending and overdue payments.
- Contact clients through phone, WhatsApp, email, and personal visits when required.
- Maintain and update the outstanding payment/receivables tracker.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Business Development teams regarding customer balances.
- Share invoices, statements, payment details, and supporting documents with customers.
- Track payment commitments and promised payment dates.
- Escalate long-pending or disputed payments to the reporting manager.
- Visit customer offices/sites for payment collection when required.
- Update daily collection status and submit daily/weekly collection reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
