Position: Operations & Sales Coordinator

Time: 12pm IST-9pm IST

Pay: INR 15000/- per month (In Hand)_Appraisal will be introduced post performance review

Strong Internet Connectivity and a Laptop will be a mandate.

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Operations & Sales Coordinator who can efficiently manage day-to-day operational activities along with student/customer sales follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, comfortable with communication and follow-ups, and capable of independently managing multiple responsibilities in a rapid-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
- Handle student/faculty coordination and ensure smooth execution of scheduled activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational queries.
- Track classes, schedules, rescheduling, attendance,



and other operational requirements.
- Maintain proper records and follow up on pending operational tasks.
- Support PTM and other academic/operational activities whenever required.
- Ensure timely communication between students, parents, faculties, and internal teams.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.

Sales & Student Follow-up
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads, students, and parents.
- Follow up on enquiries and potential admissions.
- Maintain and update lead/follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales/enrolment team to ensure timely conversion of leads.
- Follow up with existing students/parents regarding renewals, continuation, and other requirements.
- Handle calls and WhatsApp communication related to sales and enrolment.
- Ensure that no active lead or follow-up is missed.
