Hirely is recruiting on behalf of a hiring partner for a remote Bengali Bilingual Expert opportunity
supporting an AI language and training project. You'll use your
native Bengali language skills, English communication ability, and attention to linguistic detail
to evaluate Bengali audio and help improve next-generation AI systems.

What You'll Do:
- Listen to Bengali audio clips and evaluate
fluency, nativeness, and linguistic authenticity
.
- Assess pronunciation, intonation, and naturalness against project guidelines.
- Identify subtle linguistic differences and language-quality issues.
- Provide clear written evaluations and justifications in English.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify ambiguous language content.
- Contribute linguistic insights that help improve AI understanding and generation in Bengali.
- Complete audio evaluation tasks accurately and consistently.

Who We're Looking For:
- Native-level Bengali proficiency
in spoken and written Bengali.
- B2+ English proficiency
in English with solid written and verbal communication.




- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify nuanced language differences.
- Strong ability to explain linguistic observations clearly.
- Reliable and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

- Experience or background in:
- Linguistics or phonetics
- Voice/audio work
- Translation or transcription
- Teaching or education
- Media and communications
- Audio analysis or linguistic assessment

Compensation & Engagement:
