IT Trainer – Job Description

Position: IT Trainer
Location: New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Target Students: Classes 9th to 12th

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Trainer to teach school students from Classes 9th to 12th. The trainer will conduct practical and interactive sessions to develop students’ basic and advanced IT skills and prepare them for future education and employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IT training to students of Classes 9th to 12th.
- Teach computer fundamentals, MS Office, internet and digital skills.
- Conduct practical sessions, activities, projects, and assessments.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Maintain student attendance, performance, and training records.
- Monitor students’ learning progress and provide individual support.
- Coordinate with school staff and the project team regarding training activities.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of computer lab equipment.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Positive knowledge of computers, MS Office, internet, and digital tools.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to teach students from different learning levels.
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Prior teaching/training experience with school students will be preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in IT training, computer education, or a similar role is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who is patient, energetic, technology-friendly, and passionate about teaching and developing students’ practical IT skills.
