Position: Business Development and Cold Calling Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a British or American accent, have a minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling B2B segment and IT Services sales, and be proficient in English (with a British or American accent). The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth through effective communication, client relationship management, and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling and market research.
- Running Cadences/Sequences with multi-touchpoint approach.
- Qualify and book appointments for the discovery calls.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain our products and services.




- Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.

Qualifications:
- Prior work in experience in cold calling B2B segment and IT Services sales*.
- Proficiency in English, with an American or British accent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant CRM software is a plus.
